- Some type of personal site with content. This can include writing sites, art sites (whether used as portfolios or not), etc. Collectives may be accepted sometimes too. Exchanges, cliques, rings, etc. are welcome as afilliates.
- It must be consistently "dark" and aesthetically pleasing with well made graphics and good coding. If it drifts away from this for an extended period of time, it will be removed.
- Graphics made by yourself and giving credit where credit is due.
- No offensive material. Swearing is OK, I have a potty mouth myself, but blatant stupidity and vulgarity is not.
- When joining the rotation, you must have a 88x31 .jpg, .gif, or .png that is able to be direct linked and you must put up the rotation code. Otherwise, you'll be put as a clique member and get the temp rotations.
- Assuming you are reading these rules, then you will now know my cat has a purple collar.
- Code must be up at ALL times in a logical place.
- Other languages welcome as long as I can find the code. As for rule #4, I'll just have to assume you're a decent person that follows the rules. Hmmm....
- Remember, to be in the rotation, you must put up the rotation code. Clique members can display the rotation code or an image code.
